Apple Pie Cake Recipe Learn like a Chef 

Cake or pie? My show-stopping Apple Pie Cake combines flaky pie with fluffy cake in a delightful dance-off!  

– 1 box yellow cake mix  – 1½ cups water – ⅓ cup oil – 3 egg – 6 apple – 3 tablespoons brown sugar  – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – ¾ cup all purpose flour – ½ cup brown sugar – ¼ teaspoon salt – ½ cup butter


Pre-heat oven to 350℉ and spray 9x13 pan with baking spray. Follow package instructions to make yellow cake. 


Mix cake mix, 3 eggs, water, and oil in a mixer bowl on low speed for 2 minutes.

For the topping, mix flour, brown sugar, and salt in a medium bowl and cut in butter with a fork or pastry blender until crumbly.
