Baked Garlic Ginger Chicken Drumstick Recipe Learn like a Chef 

Please join me in introducing these delicious Baked Garlic Ginger Chicken Drumsticks that will enhance your dinner.  

– 2 to 3 pounds chicken drumsticks  – 8 cloves garlic – 1 inch piece of ginger root – ½ cup parsley – ¼ cup soy sauce – ¼ cup olive oil – salt and pepper


Pulse all ingredients in a blender until garlic and ginger are paste and mixture emulsifies.   


Pour marinade over drumsticks in a big ziplock bag. Close the bag and marinate for 20–30 minutes in the fridge.   


Possible overnight marinade. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a 9x13 inch baking pan, combine the chicken and marinade.   


Bake for approximately forty-five minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked through and has a browned exterior.
