Chocolate Pecan Snowball Simples Recipe Ever 

Chocolate Pecan Snowballs are one of my favourite Christmas treats because they melt in your mouth and are full of pecans.   

– ¾ cup butter – ½ cup sugar – 1 egg – 2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2 cups all-purpose flour – ½ teaspoon salt – 1 cup pecans  – 1 cup chocolate chip – ½ cup powdered sugar


Turn the oven on to 350°F. In the bowl of your mixer, add the sugar and butter, and beat until frothy and light.   


Mix thoroughly after adding the egg and vanilla. Mix the flour and salt together, then add it to the butter mixture.   


Mix the chips and nuts together. Form into balls measuring one inch in diameter. Place on baking pans that have not been greased.   


Bake for another 15–20 minutes. Cookies should be allowed to slightly cool before being rolled in confectioners' sugar.
