Try store-bought pie crust to make these cinnamon chocolate pecan pie cookies—they're so easy! Super flaky, tastes like pecan pie, and easier to make!

– 1 tablespoon cinnamon – ½ cup brown sugar – 2 tablespoon cocoa powder – 2 deep dish pie shell – ½ cup butter  – 1 cup pecan

Preheat oven to 375℉. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment. Mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and cocoa powder in a small bowl.

Roll each pie shell to 12 inches on a floured surface. After buttering the pie crust, sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar over it.

Sprinkle half the chopped pecans, roll the dough, and cut into ½ inch pieces.

About 18 to 20 cookies should come out of each pie shell, depending on how thick you cut them.

Repeat with remaining pie shell and contents. Place slices on prepared baking sheet and bake until golden, 12–15 minutes.
