Creamy Tortellini Easiest Recipe Ever 

This Creamy Tortellini makes a quick meal. This 30-minute dish is cosy and fulfilling thanks to rich garlic cream sauce on soft noodles.  

– 1 pound tortellini  – 4 tablespoons unsalted butter – 4 cloves garlic – 1 cup heavy cream – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – 1 cup Parmesan cheese – salt and pepper – fresh parsley

Ingredient

Tortellini should be cooked al dente according to package specifications. Remember to save ½ cup of pasta water when draining tortellini.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat while tortellini cooks. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Stir in heavy cream and Italian spice. Stir and simmer. Stir the cream occasionally for 5 minutes to decrease.

To the skillet, add the cooked and drained tortellini. Coat with the creamy sauce by tossing.

Pour in the saved pasta water a tablespoon at a time until the sauce is thick enough. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.

To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning. Garnish the hot, creamy garlic tortellini with chopped parsley.
