Delicious Bacon Mushroom Calzone Recipe 

Bacon Mushroom Calzone is a savoury indulgence! It's unforgettable with crispy bacon, soft mushrooms, and gooey cheese.  

– ⅓ pizza dough – 6 slices bacon – ¼ cup olive – 4 large mushroom – 2 anchovies  – 1 cup mozzarella cheese  – 1 egg  – marinara sauce

Ingredient

Preheat oven to 400℉. Make two calzones from half the pizza dough. Roll the dough into a 1-foot circle with a ⅛-inch thickness.

Top half the dough with mozzarella, bacon, and olives. I sauté my mushrooms first, but you can skip it.

Put olives on top of cheese and bacon, and add anchovies now. Fold the empty half of the dough over the filled half and roll or fork the ends.

For sticking, add a little water. Brush egg wash on calzones. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Serve marinara.
