Delicious Pork and Mushrooms Spring Roll Recipe 

These spring rolls with pork and mushrooms are great as an appetiser at a party or as a delicious snack.   

– 24 wonton wrapper – 1 tablespoon sesame oil – 1/2 pound ground pork – 1 cup shiitake mushroom – 3 cloves garlic – ½ teaspoon ginger – ½ teaspoon ground coriander – salt and pepper – 1 teaspoon hot sauce  – 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour – 2 tablespoon water – oil for frying


Make a paste by mixing flour and water in a small basin. In a skillet, heat sesame oil on medium. Garlic, ground pork. Fry pork until pink-free.  


Mix mushrooms, ginger, coriander, spicy sauce, and salt & pepper. Transfer to plate. Start spring roll assembly.   


Lay a wonton wrapper on your work area and put a tablespoon of filling in the middle. If you overfill, you can't roll.   


Roll the wrapper forward, wrap both ends, and roll. With flour paste, seal both ends. Use remaining wontons.  


Pour ½ inch of vegetable oil into a skillet. After heating, deep fried spring rolls till golden and crispy. From skillet, drain on paper towels.
