Easy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Meatball Recipe 

The Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Meatballs are spicy and delicious, slow-cooked to soft perfection and coated with blue cheese dressing.  

– 1 pound ground chicken – ¾ cup breadcrumb – 1 large egg – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon onion powder – 2 green onions  – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon pepper – ¾ cup buffalo sauce


Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a parchment or silicone baking mat on a baking pan.  


Combine ground chicken, Panko, egg, garlic and onion powder, and green onions in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.   


Stir with a wooden spoon or clean hands until mixed. Form 20 meatballs by rolling the mixture into 1¼-to-1 ½-inch balls.  


Bake meatballs for 4-5 minutes on preheated baking sheet until both sides are browned. Put the meatballs in the crockpot.  


Gently stir in buffalo sauce. Cover and cook 2 hours on low. If desired, drizzle blue cheese dressing over and serve.
