Flourless Brownie Recipe

Not sure about gluten-free flours? Try this Flourless Brownie! I usually avoid grains in sweets.   

– 4 large egg – 1 cup cacao powder (unsweetened) – 1 cup coconut palm sugar – 1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil – 2 tsp. vanilla – 1/8 tsp. salt


Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Mix everything in a dish until silky smooth (I used my Vitamix).

Pour into a parchment-lined 8x4 loaf pan. Bake 25-30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, the brownies will be moist and jiggly.

Let the brownies cool for at least 5 hours before cutting and eating

I couldn't wait and ate them an hour after refrigerating them for 15 minutes!Recipe makes 8 brownies.
