Healthy Crockpot Mashed Potatoe Recipe 

Delicious Crockpot Mashed Potatoes are half the work but full of flavour! Most creamy, cheesiest, and easiest mashed potatoes ever.  

– 3.5 pound potatoes  – 1 cup chicken broth  – 1 cup milk  – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon salt  – ¼ teaspoon pepper  – 4 tablespoons butter  – ½ cup sour cream – 1 cup Parmesan cheese  – 2 tablespoons chive

Ingredient

Put cubed potatoes in the slow cooker. Add chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add everything and stir.

Place cover on and cook on high for 3½ to 4 hours. Done potatoes should be fork-tender.

Place the butter in the potatoes, and then use a potato masher to mash the potatoes.

A mixer can be used to blend them till smooth, depending on the consistency or texture you want.

Sour cream and Parmesan cheese are added. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Add chives and serve hot.
