Healthy Loaded Pub Frie Recipe 

Loaded Pub Fries are cooked at home, are healthier and taste just as good as the pub fries from your neighbourhood bar.  

– 8 slices turkey bacon – 4 large potatoes  – 1 tablespoon melted butter – 1 tablespoon olive oil – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon paprika – salt and pepper to taste – 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese – 3 green onions  – 2 tablespoon sour cream


If desired, peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges of the same size. Potato wedges should be cleaned and put in a bowl.   


Add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil to the potatoes. Toss to coat the potatoes in the butter and spices.  


After placing the potatoes on a sizable baking sheet, bake them for thirty to forty-five minutes, or until they are crisp and golden.   


The potatoes can now be placed in an oven-safe skillet or left on a baking sheet.   


Add cheese to oven fries and broil for 2 minutes until melted. Add sour cream, green onions, and turkey bacon to oven fries.
