Red Lentil Chicken Soup Recipe Know the Secret Tips 

Flavorful lentils and shredded chicken are in this spicy Red Lentil Chicken Soup. This quick, tasty soup will warm you up.  

– 3 tablespoon olive oil – 1 large onion – 1 medium carrot – 5 cloves garlic – 1 teaspoon turmeric – 1 teaspoon cumin – 2 tablespoon smoked paprika – 1 cup red lentil – 3 tablespoon tomato paste – 4 cups chicken broth  – 2 cups chicken breasts  – ½ teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon pepper

Ingredient

Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or soup pot. Add chopped onion, carrot, and garlic. After 5 minutes, the onion should be tender and transparent.

Add spices and mix. Add red lentils, tomato paste, and chicken stock and stir until tomato paste dissolves.

Add the shredded chicken, boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 25–30 minutes until the lentils are tender. You must stir occasionally.

If necessary, add more salt and pepper after tasting for seasoning. Add green onions and parsley as garnish. Assist.
