– ½ cup butter  – ¼ cup sugar  – 5 tablespoon cocoa powder – 1 large egg – 1 ¾ cups graham wafer crumb – ½ cup almond – 1 cup coconut  – ¾ cup butter  – ¼ cup heavy cream – 3 tablespoon vanilla custard powder

Coat an 8x8-inch baking sheet with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper, leaving some hanging off the sides for easy removal of bars.

Over low heat, melt the first three ingredients in a double boiler, heavy-bottom pot, or Dutch oven. Before turning off the heat, stir in the egg to thicken.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and almonds. Press tightly into the pan and refrigerate.

Beat butter, cream, custard powder, and icing sugar. Beat till airy. Apply this to the pan bottom. Repeat refrigerating.

Heat chocolate chips and butter slowly and cool. Pour the cooled, liquid mixture over.

Put the second and third layers in your pan and spatula them evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve squares.
