Super Crockpot Mexican Chicken Recipe 

Crockpot Mexican Chicken: succulent, juicy, and slightly spicy chicken that melts on your tongue, this dish is bursting with flavour from Mexico.  

– 2 pounds chicken breast – 16 ounces salsa – 1 packet taco seasoning – Fresh cilantro – Lime wedge

Ingredient

Place chicken breasts in crockpot bottom. Season chicken with taco seasoning. Cover the chicken with salsa from the jar.

Cook the chicken for 4-6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high, covered, or until it's cooked through and tender.

Shred chicken in the crockpot with two forks after cooking. Stir salsa into shredded chicken in the crockpot.

If preferred, garnish the Mexican chicken dish with lime wedges, fresh cilantro, and shredded cheese.
