Super Garlic Parsley Butter Shrimp Recipe 

Jumbo shrimp are coated in garlic and parsley butter and roasted to perfection in this Garlic Parsley Butter Shrimp.  

– 1 pound jumbo shrimp – ¼ cup butter – 3 cloves garlic – ¼ cup parsley – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon pepper  – 1 lemon

Ingredient

Preheat oven to 425℉. In a food processor, pulse butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper into a paste.

Spoon half of the butter paste over the bottom of a skillet in small chunks.

Arrange shrimp over butter in the skillet, then cover with butter paste, making sure each shrimp is covered.

Bake skillet for 10 minutes until prawns is light pink and bubbling. Add lemon juice and serve.
