Baked Lemon Chicken Thigh Easiest Recipe Ever 

The marinade has it all. With a blend of olive oil, thyme, and paprika, along with some sweet honey and fresh lemon juice!  

– 8 chicken thighs  – 2 lemons  – 4 cloves garlic  – ¼ cup olive oil – 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leave – 1 tablespoon honey – 1 teaspoon sweet paprika – salt and pepper – fresh parsley


Mix lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, honey, and paprika in a large bowl. Be generous with salt and pepper. 


 Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, or cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight for best flavour.
