Best Chicken With 40 Cloves of Garlic Recipe

– 2 pounds chicken thigh – 2 tablespoon olive oil – 40 cloves garlic – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper  – ½ teaspoon cumin – 1 teaspoon fresh dill – ½ teaspoon dried thyme – ½ cup white wine – ½ cup chicken broth  – 1 tablespoon fresh parsley


Cut the chicken thighs in half after cleaning and drying. Add olive oil to a large Dutch oven or oven-proof pan and heat over medium-high.   


Add chicken thighs and fry until brown and no longer pink on both sides. Plate the chicken.  


Transfer the garlic cloves to the same skillet. Stir in the salt, pepper, cumin, dill, and thyme for seasoning.   


Add wine, swirl, and scrape the skillet bottom, then heat for 2 minutes until the wine reduces and the garlic browns.   


Mix in the chicken broth and return the chicken to the skillet. Bake the skillet for 20 minutes with a cover.  


Add some chopped parsley as a garnish, and serve either warm over rice or noodles.
