Brandy Glazed Carrot Simples Recipe Ever 

Brandy-glazed carrots—delicious baby carrots in a light brandy sauce, ideal holiday side dish. Simple to create and ready in 20 minutes!  

– 2 pounds baby carrot – ½ cup butter – ¼ cup honey – ¼ cup brandy – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper – 1 tablespoon parsley

Ingredient

Boil ½ inch of water in a big skillet. Cover and simmer carrots for 7–9 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.

Honey and butter should be cooked together in the same skillet over medium heat until the butter is completely melted.

After stirring in the brandy, bring the mix to a boil. Continue cooking until the liquid drops to around half a cup.

Salt and pepper should be added after the carrots and parsley have been added. Heat until it is hot, then serve.
