Perfect Salmon Pattie Recipe

Did you know salmon has health benefits beyond Omega-3s? Salmon bioactive peptides decrease inflammation.  

– 1 can salmon (wild-caught Alaskan) – 1/2 cup panko bread crumb – 1 egg – 2 Tbsp. mustard – 2 green onion (chopped) – 1 lemon – salt – pepper


Take the salmon and drain it. Mix everything together, excluding the butter.

To fully combine all of the ingredients, use your hands. Use your hands to form patties.

In a skillet, melt the butter. Brown the patties after placing them in the skillet.

To brown the opposite side, gently flip the patties. Place on a platter covered with paper towels.

Squeezing some lemon juice and adding some additional mustard on top tastes fantastic with them.
