Spicy Cheesy Corn and Tomato Dip Easiest Recipe Ever 

This spicy, creamy and cheesy corn dip is amazing. It goes well with tomato dip as well. It's time to get the celebration going!  

– 1 tablespoon butter – 1 medium onion  – 2 cups corn – ½ red serrano pepper – 1½ cup Tex Mex cheese – ¼ cup parsley – ¼ cup sour cream – ¼ teaspoon salt  – ½ teaspoon pepper – 1 cup cherry tomatoe


Preheat oven to 350℉. Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat; sauté onion until tender and transparent.   


Add corn and serrano pepper and simmer for 5 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.  


Stir cheese, parsley, and sour cream in a medium bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper.   


Add corn mixture and diced tomatoes and combine thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and add cheese if desired.  


For approximately fifteen minutes, or when the cheese is bubbling and the top is brown, bake the dish.
