The Best Easy Sausage Pesto Ring Recipe 

The Easy Sausage Pesto Ring is the perfect snack or appetiser. Take country biscuit dough with Italian sausage, pesto, cheese, and butter.   

– 4 tablespoon butter  – ¾ pound Italian sausage – ½ cup pizza sauce – ¼ teaspoon salt  – ¼ teaspoon pepper – 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning – 1 cup Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup Emmental cheese – 2 packages canned biscuit


Use 2 tablespoons of melted butter to grease a 10-inch bundt pan. Save. Over medium-high heat, break up the sausage and cook until no longer pink.   


Stop cooking and let cool for 5 minutes. Combine mozzarella and emmental in a medium bowl.  


Add a tsp pesto, 1 or 2 teaspoons sausage mixture, and 1 tbsp cheese to each biscuit. Put four biscuits together and press gently.   


Lay the stack on its side in the bundt pan. Arrange the remaining biscuit stacks in pan to form a ring.   


Cheese should be left over. Use the remaining 2 tbsp melted butter to glaze the ring. Baking for 30 minutes.  


Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the bread and bake for 5 more minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, the top is golden brown, and the cheese has melted.
